Hi, I’m Amanda.

A chance encounter with one child on the autism spectrum shaped what I have found to be an extremely rewarding career filled with diversity, inclusion, and enhancing experiences for people with various needs.

After obtaining my LMSW, the subsequent 15 years of my career was spent, giving me a unique expertise in program development, funder relationships, community partnerships, budgeting and finance, staff management and training, and the implementation of process and protocols.

I provide customized ideas for schools, nonprofits and corporations, broadening their perspectives as it relates to tailoring solutions for neurodivergent people, their families, and other areas of supportive services.

While some successful formulas are repeatable,  every community is unique.  I believe that in order to truly lend a helping hand it’s important to not only have experience to draw upon, but the ability to have a community-based perspective with an understanding that impact is made through empathy.

Having built a portfolio of programs and services that meet communal interests and needs, a track record at which I worked tirelessly to amass, I aim to expand my reach as a consultant.  I have built programs from the ground up and enhanced existing ones, with both processes stemming from a passion to provide comfort and guidance for families. My entire career revolves around a deep-rooted belief that all people should feel some sense of belonging.
